PT Bintang Griya Indonesia membangun perumahan bersubsidi : GRIYA ZAHRA RESIDENCE yang berlokasi di Wagir, Desa Bengle, Kecamatan Majalaya Karawang, Jawa Barat. dengan target merket yang berlokasi di Karawang. Berlokasi di antara industrial area dan komersial area, lingkungan yang asri dan nyaman, serta bersubsidi dengan fasilitas KPR membuat perumahan kami sangat diminati.
Investasi lain yang dikelola oleh BGI adalah CONTAINER INN (hotel). Konsep sang ditawarkan adalah wisata unik. Seluruh bangunannya menggunakan kontainer. Berlokasi di kaki gunung, Gadog Puncak, Jabar dan dengan pengaturan tata letak yang cantik menghadap ke pegunungan membuat CONTAINER INI tidak pernah sepi dari pengunjung
